We started in 2014 with direct management in Milan, reaching more than 700 apartments under Property Management and a turnover of approximately 20 million euros.

In 2019, we launched the Partner Project, which currently includes over 200 independent managers whom we have supported in their growth to achieve significant turnover targets.

Our mission is to simplify every stage of a Property Manager’s work, born from our direct experience and the mistakes made during our growth journey.

For owners

Italianway supports owners in managing short-term rentals (and more) by offering a comprehensive and professional service.

In Milan, Italianway manages properties directly with its own team.

In other Italian destinations, however, it relies on a network of selected local managers who operate in the area following the same procedures and Italianway standards, ensuring a consistent, reliable, and high-quality service for owners.
